Global shipping on smaller items from the shop (DVDs, Blu-Rays etc.) is free of charge. Shipping on larger items will either be displayed with the product price during the checkout process, or will be advised once you have entered a delivery location.

Our warehouse team continues to work super hard in compliance with social distancing measures to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible. Please allow 3+ working days for delivery in Ireland and the EU. Northern Ireland and the UK, up to 14 working days. For delivery to the USA, Canada and rest of the world please allow up to 15 working days. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience, your purchase, and understanding.

Ireland, UK and Wider Europe: When ordering from Ireland, UK and wider Europe your order will be sent via GLS couriers and will require a signature on delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from GLS with details on your tracking information. GLS will always work to deliver your order directly to you , however, if no-one is home or the house/office/building cannot be located, then the courier will then call you on the contact number provided by you on your order. It is useful to give a mobile number when placing your order. GLS will deliver Monday – Friday in business hours so a delivery address where someone is present during these hours is recommended, this may be a work/business address. GLS will send emails to advise on the timing of your delivery and these will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. Can you check your spam or junk mail for these.

USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World: When ordering from USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World your order will be sent via An Post Couriers, the parcel/box is then passed on to the national postal service in the country of destination. A signature is usually required on delivery. If no-one is home to sign for the delivery there should be a note/card left at your home/office/building to state that an attempted delivery has been made, giving you the details required to organise collection at a local depot or re-delivery.

Each product sold on the fantasticfilms.ie website has an estimated delivery time. We endeavour to deliver to the times specified, however on rare occasions delays may occur which are outside of our control. Items sold online will only be delivered to the address specified on your order.

Duty/Tax Information

For shipments within the EU, our merchandise is sold with VAT included at the applicable Irish rate. Shipments outside of the EU will not have VAT applied but may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. Fantastic Films are not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.

A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.

Track My Order

Smaller shipments from the store will be sent via regular post without tracking. Larger items may be shipped by other means that do have tracking numbers and the tracking numbers will be supplied to the customer via email.

Tracked shipping may be requested on any item purchased from the store by sending us an email at admin@fantasticfilms.ie

Additional charges may apply prior to dispatch on requests for a tracked shipping method.

Returns and Exchanges

Online Returns and Exchange Policies:

If merchandise is returned, as sold, together with an original receipt/confirmation email, we are happy to refund within 14 days or provide an exchange within 28 days. Reduced price merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt or confirmation email for an exchange/credit note only. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. An exchange/credit note may be given at the current retail price if the original receipt/order confirmation is not available.

A Gift Receipt entitles the holder to an exchange/gift card only. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Deposits are available in stores but not online.

Please send your purchase back to the following address within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a refund or 28 days for an exchange or gift card. We have a customer checklist below for you to review before sending pack your product.

Customer Checklist:

Ensure your items are in the condition you received these in and a resalable condition. Clothing must not be worn and all tags must still be on clothing.
Include your order confirmation e-mail and return note inside the parcel.
Refunds will be actioned within 14 to 21 days of receiving back your item(s)
Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed and refunded.

Items returned must be returned in a saleable condition. They must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage as Fantastic Films will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. When we receive your return(s) we review the condition of the goods being returned, before authorising any refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment/Cancellation Information

Your credit/debit card or PayPal account is tendered on placement of your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email to shop@fantasticfilms.ie and quote your name and order number within 24 hours of order placement.

Cooling Off Period

When you make a purchase from Fantastic Films Shop you have a cooling off period of 14 days, starting from the day you receive your purchase. Before the end of the 14 days you can cancel your order and return the goods for a refund. If you cancel your order because you change your mind about the purchase you will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the goods. The returns address can be found below:
